He was incredibly responsive at all hours, to answer any and all questions. He is also a former civil rights activist and his values are a great match for this great city (Oakland). And he knows a ton about renovations and value engineering (he hooked us up with great contractors and other industry folks we are lucky to have). This guy is the real deal. We still can't believe how lucky we are to have ended up in the house we did. Use him to buy or sell no matter what tier of the market you're in. He will graciously and tirelessly do it all.
